Idioma was founded in 2011 with the aim of enhancing foreign language learning and cultural awareness through visually appealing design. Our first product was a colourful multi-lingual table mat designed for children, and all those young at heart, to learn world languages. Now our clothing line looks at unique and interesting words, phrases and symbols from world languages and reworks these concepts with innovative designs and illustrations. The ultimate aim of Idioma is to create an international brand with a cultural and social purpose.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns & exchanges for items in their original condition within 21 days of receipt. To begin a return please email email@example.com with the subject "Return Request". Please quote your order number and one of the following reasons for return within the email: Faulty item Incorrect item received Doesn’t suit me Incorrect fit Looks different from image on site Arrived too late Exchange (Please specify replacement required) Other (Please specify in additional notes) OUR RETURNS POLICY We accept returns on all items in a resalable condition complete with tags. The item must be unworn and in original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We will offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you return it back to us within 21 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return, however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. SHIPPING If your refund is approved please send your item by post to: IDIOMA LTD, 38 ORFORD STREET, IPSWICH, IP1 3NS You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50.00, it may be worth considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. EXCHANGES If you wish to exchange an item you have received, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order. Once we have confirmed availability of your replacement product you will need to send your item to the return address above. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. SALE ITEMS Unfortunately only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If possible please check with your bank that the payment is not pending.
